3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments accepted via UPI and other payment methods (e.g., PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery).
• Failed or incomplete payments may prevent shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• PAN India delivery via third-party partners (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, ExpressBees).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to external factors.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Returns accepted only for defective/damaged products or if you received the wrong item.
• Please request returns within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos, order details).
• Customized or personalized products are eligible only for replacement (no refunds), unless defective or incorrectly produced.
• Approved refunds (non-custom items) will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

6. Use of Website

Do not misuse the website (hacking, scraping, fraud). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party References

All content (logos, designs, images) is owned by Kerygma Apparels Co. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.

References to third-party companies (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, DTDC, Delhivery, ExpressBees, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat) are for description only. Those names and logos belong to their respective owners; Kerygma Apparels Co. is not affiliated unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the total order value. We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third parties.
